Client looking for actuarial analyst to sr. actuarial analysts. Will be responsible for performing complex actuarial calculations on DB and/or health and welfare plans. Will also perform complex pension or actuarial valuation completion including funding and FAS accounting, non-discrimination testing, performing or reviewing complex benefit calculations, customized report completion, plan design analysis, government filings, transition work for new clients and analysis of the impact of regulatory changes go client plans. May serve as a team leader and/or mentor less experienced actuaries. Will identify and resolve client issues. Will also contribute research and writing for firm publications. Ideal applicants will have good understanding of employee benefits legislation and compliance, actuarial tables and benefit plans with at least 3+ years of experience and showing good exam progress. Must have prior pension or retirement industry actuarial work experience. ASA and/or EA already a plus.
