Insurance Brokerage Firm will consider a solid Health and Welfare candidate with a solid Consultant/Brokerage background. Candidates should be technically proficient and well versed in renewal negotiations, marketing negotiations, and plan pricing. Candidates should also have project management and presentation skills with the ability to lead and train an internal service team. Additionally, candidates should have a history of working with client senior Human Resources staff on both strategy and service teams. An Underwriting background is preferred for the opportunity.
