Financial Reporting and Performance Management - Embedded and market-consistent values; IAS and fair value implementation; U.S. GAAP reporting; value-based performance management. Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructuring - M&A Services including acquisition strategy due diligence; support in sales and capital raising; corporate restructuring and rehabilitation; securitization and financing. Products, Markets, and Distribution - Product development and pricing; market entry, analysis and positioning; distribution economics and strategy; competitive analysis and benchmarking. Regulatory Reporting and Compliance - Statutory actuarial roles; regulatory capital and solvency testing; regulatory compliance; and independent reserve reviews. Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in at least one of the practice areas above. Proven consulting skills including the ability to communication complex ideas and concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical business professionals. Proven success-leading projects. Strong ability to deliver presentations with confidence. Experience with TAS and/or MoSes a plus. FSA or ASA with the ability to attain FSA status.
