Opportunity for a senior level, dynamic retirement consultant to provide strategic level retirement consulting services to clients. Lead and/or participate in strategic level retirement consulting projects. Generate new business through front line execution of strategic business and marketing plans. Make presentations to clients and prospects on a regular basis. As lead consultant will handle ClientFirst expectations and results to client team. Effectively manage clients, projects, and team members as necessary to meet or exceed client expectations. Act as a mentor and role model for junior associates and provide leadership for new initiatives. Must have at least 10 years experience in retirement consulting with recent experience providing strategic level consulting. Understand design, financing, communication and administration of retirement plans. Demonstrated ability to successfully develop new business with both prospects and existing clients. Strong business sense including the ability to evaluate pricing of services, recognize and respond to a competitive market, and develop strong links with other departments and offices. High energy individual looking for a dynamic, growth oriented environment. Excellent oral and written communications skills; ability to communicate effectively with clients.
