Rapidly growing boutique benefits firm is seeking either a Health and Benefits Consultant or a solid up-and-comer who can grow into a lead role with in 3 years. This is a succession plan for a lead consultant who will be retiring within the next three years. This could be a strait H&B individual or a H&B individual who is also an actuary. The position has a great amount of flexibility and will be molded around the individual filling the role. Location is not a concern, will build an office around the individual or have them working remotely. Must be client facing or headed in that direction.
