Consulting Firm has a need for a Director of Operations or Chief Operating Officer. This role will involve executive administration and coordination of the internal operational activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by key players within the company. The incumbent will lead and direct the Operations, Communications, Technology and Information Systems, Administration and Human Resources business units within the company. The role will also entail proposing budgets, directing projects, policies and purchases relative to facilities and leases. Additionally, the role will involve managing human resources, branding and marketing, insurance, corporate communications and technology. The role will assists the CEO and Senior Management in the development of the company’s policies and goals that cover operations, administration, personnel and the growth of the functions and/or business units mentioned above. Candidates should have a strong business acumen with a proven track record of success facilitating progressive organizational change and development within a growing organization, 10+ years of experience in management, a comprehensive understanding of corporate legal compliance requirements including HIPAA.
