Our client, a growing professional services firm is seeking a Defined Contribution Retirement Plan Administrator to provide quality service and management to client accounts. Duties of the role will include: completing compliance reports, compliance testing, census and asset reconciliation, contribution allocations, distribution processing, IRS filings; including the 5500 and 8955-SSA, revising plan documents, plan terminations, project management oversight and compiling materials and working with outside parties to complete plan audits. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in retirement plan administration with a focus on complex compliance. Experience with Microsoft Office, database management and industry specific software is also required. Candidates should also possess strong math, research and communication skills as well as the desire to achieve plan certifications. Experience with Relius is a plus for the role.
