This position is a key role in the organization. Growing boutique TPA specializing in small to mid-plan. Cash Balance, DB/DC combo plans and traditional DB and DC plans. This is a growing operation with an excellent work/life balance. Seeking an individual with small plan experience to handle administration of small DB or DC plans in a TPA firm setting. Clients range in size from 1-500 lives with most being under 20 lives. Must have familiarity with Non-Discrimination testing and running valuations. Solid knowledge of ERISA, IRS, DOL and PBGC issues and rules. Prepare valuations, 5500 Forms, benefit statements and other client deliverables. Compliance and non-discrimination testing. Plan documents, preparation of documents, amendments and related materials. Manage diverse caseload, will work with clients, and handle plan design and administration issues. Will consider either DB or DC background. If there is interest in pursuing actuarial credentials, this will be supported. 100% of continuing education is covered. Interest in furthering ASPPA or NIPA credentials is preferred. Experience with Datair or similar product is preferred.
