Formed in 1986, SC International’s employees have a combined total of 130 years recruiting experience between 6 recruiters. Initially specializing in recruiting actuaries and employee benefits consultants, we expanded a wider variety of industries, such as Communications, Compensation, Benefits Administration, Change Management and Organizational Development. Doing so allowed us to encompass the needs of the industry by recruiting client relations managers, data analytics specialists, and more. We recruit for all size and types of firms, including insurance, consulting, corporate, finance, and risk management. With well over 1,500 people placed, we have seen many stay for years and advance their career, while a select few have even become owners of the firms.
